4. The Brenntag Site is aimed at the Business-to-Business market & at persons acting in a professional capacity. It is not intended for the general public per se.
5. All persons recorded in the databases of Brenntag N.V., conform the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 for the protection of the privacy from the processing of personal data, have the right to take knowledge of the information held on them and have the right to have this information corrected by means of a written request to our offices. By registering you explicitly give Brenntag N.V. permission to store and process in one or more databases all data about your person or your transactions with Brenntag N.V. or its websites. You also empower Brenntag N.V. and its websites to use for any and all legal ends the information thus gathered.
6. The Brenntag Site can change these conditions at any time without notification to the registrees.
7. My registration can be altered at any time by resending a newly filled out form.
8. My registration can be withdrawn at any time by resending this form, having entered my EMAIL-Address and "END MY REGISTRATION" as Comment.
9. I declare that all entered details are correct and truthful.
10. The Brenntag Site does not charge me in any way for this registration or subsequent information requests.
11. The Brenntag Site cannot in any way or form be held liable for the answers given by Brenntag N.V. and Brenntag Nederland BV.
